01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on fk111 or by accessing any part of the fk111 platform at fk111.bio, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform. These documents are incorporated by reference and together form the complete agreement between you and fk111.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the fk111 platform and close your account. Continued use of fk111 after any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

fk111 operates within the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All activities on the platform are subject to PAGCOR's rules, circulars, and directives, which shall take precedence in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

02 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use fk111, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of placing any wager.
• You are not a resident of, or acting on behalf of any person located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of fk111, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gambling authority.
• You are not accessing fk111 via a VPN, proxy, or any technology designed to mask your true geographic location.

fk111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide such documents within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may hold only one (1) fk111 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. fk111 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts; any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended and their balances forfeited.

When registering your fk111 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued ID, valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.2 KYC Verification

fk111 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, before allowing continued gameplay. The Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires you to submit a clear photograph of a government-issued Philippine ID, a selfie with that ID, and proof of your registered payment method. All documents submitted are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fk111 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity carried out on your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have notified fk111 of unauthorized access immediately upon discovery.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

fk111 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash-in. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your fk111 wallet once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider — GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited instantly.

fk111 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees; please check with them directly. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to fund your fk111 account. Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya wallets are typically processed on the same business day for amounts under ₱50,000. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are generally processed within one to three (1–3) banking hours during standard banking hours.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. fk111 may place a hold on a withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification, review of account activity for compliance with these Terms, or investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms. fk111 will communicate the reason for any withdrawal hold to the affected player within 48 hours.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

fk111 complies fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its subsequent amendments, as well as PAGCOR's anti-money laundering circulars. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. fk111 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected money laundering or terrorist financing activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

fk111 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.

fk111 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to systematically extract promotional value.

Players may only participate in each specific promotion once unless otherwise stated. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied. All bonus terms are compliant with PAGCOR fair bonus standards.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on fk111 — including Color Game, slots, live dealer tables, bingo, sabong, and sports betting — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

All fk111 casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in licensed studio environments. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant sporting event as reported by recognized official sources.

fk111 maintains published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates for its slot and RNG game categories, accessible via the Game Information page. Actual results for any individual session may vary significantly from stated RTP figures, which represent long-run statistical averages across all players.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, software error, or data transmission failure — fk111 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. fk111's decision in such matters is final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fk111 and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or similar technology to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer poker or other multiplayer games.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software. Any such discoveries must be reported immediately to our support team.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after wagering deposited funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fk111 staff, live dealers, or other players via any communication channel on the platform.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, fk111 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending account, void all pending bets and bonuses, withhold or forfeit account balances where permitted by law, and report the activity to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or relevant law enforcement authorities as appropriate.

08 Responsible Gaming

fk111 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings at any time without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a seven (7) day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period. Real-money gameplay is suspended automatically once the limit is reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up summaries showing your net gaming activity during the current session.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the fk111 platform — including but not limited to software code, game graphics, animations, audio assets, logos, trademarks, trade names, written content, interface design, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of fk111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the fk111 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of fk111.

The fk111 name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary trademarks. Any unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fk111, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the fk111 platform — including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

fk111's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fk111 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, although we maintain industry-standard security and uptime procedures. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where exclusion of liability is prohibited by Philippine law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

fk111 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By registering an fk111 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by closing your account, subject to fk111's legal obligation to retain certain records for the minimum periods required by PAGCOR and AMLC regulations.

fk111 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and PAGCOR is shared solely for the purpose of operating the platform legally and securely.

12 Amendments to These Terms

fk111 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fk111 will provide notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law.

The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at fk111.bio/terms-conditions, along with the effective date of the current version. Your continued use of fk111 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the fk111 platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating specifically to fk111's compliance with PAGCOR regulations, players may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official channels. fk111 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated review or investigation.
